Common questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open Settings on your iPhone → your name → Subscriptions → Aller AI → Cancel. Subscriptions are managed entirely through Apple, we can't cancel it for you from our side.

A scan result looked wrong. What do I do?

Use the "Report" button on the result screen, or email us with a screenshot. Aller AI is an AI-powered helper, always double-check ingredients yourself, especially for severe allergies.

How do I delete my data?

Aller AI doesn't require an account. Your allergy profile and scan history live on your device, uninstall the app to erase everything locally. For any backend logs, email us and we'll delete them.
